This course introduces the concepts of computer programming, problem solving, and the associated ideas of algorithms and data structures. It is designed to provide the serious computer science student with basic skills and a solid foundation for further study. Includes an introduction to the Java programming language. Lecture/Laboratory : Three lectures and one lab per week. Lab Fee: $16
