CRJ 3053 - Criminal Investigation

An overview of the development, techniques, and the roles of individuals in the investigation of criminal offenses. Students will be introduced to the methodology and reality of criminal investigations, including: determining if a crime was committed; gathering and documenting physical evidence; interviewing witnesses, developing suspects; and bringing criminal charges to court.
