The course emphasizes developing practical, innovative solutions to complex IT challenges while demonstrating biblical leadership principles. Students analyze organizational problems, create technology-based solutions, and present their findings to simulate real-world scenarios. Through case studies, simulations, and a major capstone project, participants showcase their ability to lead IT initiatives that align with organizational goals and a Christian worldview. The course culminates in a final presentation, demonstrating students’ proficiency in providing sound technological solutions and their readiness to assume leadership roles in IT management.
