EDU 5213 - Current Issues in Educational Technology

Instructional technology is at the center of many of the opportunities and controversies in education and training today. Using a problem-based learning instructional strategy, this course helps students examine many of the issues at the forefront of our field, from what instructional technology is through designing instruction to what students might find on the internet. The set of issues is always shifting as the field grows and changes. The course is meant for those nearing the completion of their degree, not for beginners.
