AGR 2404 - Livestock Evaluation


Credit(s): 4
An advanced course providing training on the selection and evaluation of breeding and market livestock and economically important carcass traits. Students will also utilize oral reasons and advanced application for multiple classes of livestock. A required course to participate on the University Livestock Judging Team. Frequent field trips to local producers, training opportunities, and processing facilities will guide student learning. Lab fee: $100.
