LDR 5173 - Organizational Behavior & Servant Leaders

This course integrates concepts, principles, and theories concerned with human behavior in organizations. Three core areas are addressed: factors related to the individual, factors related
to groups and teams, and factors related to organizational systems and culture. Principles of leadership are integrated into each of the three core areas, with emphasis on servant leadership
attitudes and practices.
