This course focuses on the socialization of the student into an advanced nursing role. The course will examine nursing history, competencies, regulatory and economic policies, and nursing theory and frameworks. Additionally, concepts of advanced nursing roles including development of skills in leadership, advocacy, and change processes will be explored with an emphasis on role acquisition. Course Fee: $100
