This course equips the students to deal with the complexities of managing entire organizations from the perspective of the CEO or COO. It teaches the students to deal with the competing demands for limited resources and the challenges of a competitive global marketplace. It follows up on the concepts of the Balanced Score Card and sustainable returns introduced in earlier courses.
